It's my favorite meal y’all
I've waited all night long!
I love breakfast food but as a college student you have to skip
breakfast for more sleep or you have morning classes and don’t have time to eat
breakfast.
…Or so you thought!
A quick and tasty breakfast option could be Scrambled eggs
in a cup!
You’ll need…
- Coffee Cup
- 2 Eggs
- Shredded Cheese
- Salt/Pepper
- 2 slices of Bacon
- butter

First cook bacon in the microwave. (If not sure see post “Beggin’
for More Bacon”). When bacon is done set to the side to cool.
While waiting for your bacon to cool, lightly butter coffee
mug, then place the egg, cheese, and salt and pepper into the mug.
Once bacon has cooled break it up into pieces and then place
in the mug with the other ingredients.
Beat the ingredients together until well beaten. Then place
the cup in the microwave for: 45 seconds.
Now you can enjoy an egg, cheese, and bacon breakfast on the
go.
I've made this before! Really good for breakfast!
